Resource Revenue Sharing Agreement-in-Principle
I am enclosing a copy of the recently signed Northwest Territories (NWT) Resource Revenue Sharing Agreement-in-Principle (AIP) among the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation, the Gwich’in Tribal Council, the Sahtu Secretariat Inc., the Northwest Territory Métis Nation and the Government of the Northwest Territories. The AIP is structured to allow Aboriginal governments not currently a signatory to the agreement to be party to it at any time in the future.
