This is an application for judicial review in respect of: the decision of the Minister of Environment of August 3, 2004 (with notification to the Applicants on August 18, 2004) pursuant to s. 40 (2) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, S.C. 1992 c.37 to establish a Joint Review Panel to undertake an environmental impact assessment of the Mackenzie Gas Project.
